At The Mightiest Masseuse, we are committed to providing exceptional post-operative care through our specialized lymphatic massage services. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our clients as best as we can. Please read our policy carefully before booking your sessions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice Required:
We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. If you cancel or reschedule within this window, no fees will apply. -
Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure to attend an appointment (no-show) will result in the full session fee being charged or the session being deducted from your package. -

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services and scheduling commitments, we do not offer refunds for:

Missed or late-cancelled appointments

Unused sessions in a discounted package

Session Expiration:

All session packages must be used within [e.g., 6 months] of the purchase date, unless otherwise discussed and documented.

Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable:
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. -
Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delays for other clients. The full session fee still applies.
